Business Problem:
A private field-sales operation needed a purpose-built platform to replace spreadsheets - tracking reps, multi-vendor commissions, holdbacks, and payroll across multiple companies with full role-based access.
My Ownership:
Solo technical lead for 6 months. Built the entire stack: multi-tenant PostgreSQL architecture, 4 role-based dashboards (Admin, Accounting, Manager, Rep), AI-powered OCR for receipt scanning, a multi-vendor CSV import pipeline, a full payroll engine with holdbacks and pay multipliers, and published a companion iOS app on the Apple App Store.

800+ daily users in production. 99+ GitHub PRs shipped. App Store approved iOS app. Excel fully replaced. Commission calculations automated. Reps report sales offline from the field.
Part 2: Commission & Payroll Automation
Business Problem:
After the private sales platform started organizing field rep activity, the harder business problem appeared: commissions,
holdbacks, payroll review, duplicate records, and manager visibility were still too dependent on spreadsheets.
My Ownership:
Extended the same platform into a financial operations system: automated commission processing, payroll
approval states, ledger-style accounting records, audit logs, CSV controls, manager review dashboards, and
multi-company financial isolation.
Business Impact:
Finance moved from manual payroll chaos toward a controlled review workflow. Managers gained visibility over
pending commissions. Sensitive financial data became role-scoped and audit-friendly.
CloudMaster Pro - Production SaaS Platform
Business Problem:
Hosting company needed a production-ready multi-tenant platform to manage real customer operations, billing,
and
VPS provisioning without manual intervention.
My Ownership:
End-to-end development and production ownership: Java backend with 22 APIs, React frontend, database design,
authentication flows, role-based permissions, real-time VM management, and production debugging. Handled live
issues and performance optimization under real user load.

My Ownership:
Designed and built end-to-end as a final year graduation project: multi-tenant PostgreSQL schema, 4 role-based dashboards (Citizen, Lawyer, Admin, Super Admin), a custom geofenced lawyer-matching engine (city → district → province fallback), database-backed RBAC middleware, structured case lifecycle state machine, and tenant isolation tested across every query path.
